yesterday band was horrible. i went to take the keys after school from leung at midi lab to open up the band room. when i reached the band room, it was already opened. i guessed it was opened by mr seet. i told them to start bringing the instruments down and bring their irecommend along. it was hard to convey the message to them as everyone was scattered and they could not care less to listen at all. when i started shouting, faisal come add yanxiang into the picture. i meant what has it got to do with him. i understands how joel and syed feel when the members do not listen to them already. in the end we still got the band ready by 3.15 at the parade sqaure and we were taught how to evacuate out from our seats to join the crestvoices. the dance was actually quite messy and we messed it up by not knowing whether its left or right but somehow we redo everything again. the sound produced is terrible but i guessed we're all not used to the sound at open air. when we get back to the band toom, leung gave us a lecture again and reminded us of the bbss concert somehow and today, the band was like playing quite well. we just had to brush up a little here and there and our dynamics! my cornet was having a little difficulty as there was vibration heard and the sound is irritating. the sound makes me stop playing as its super uncomfortable. even ashraff could not stand my cornet. when i told goh about this proble, he told me that the screw was loose and the bottom cap was not tightened properly. he helped me to screw a little here and tighten here and there and my cornet is back again! i can play well esp my sunrise D. =DD CRESTWINDS! WE CAN DO IT NO MATTER WHAT. WORK HARDER. SILVER BAND. ITS NOT OUR QUALITY, ITS OUR ATTITUDE THAT IS PULING THIS BAND DOWN. JIAYOU!
